Happiness is the smell of freshly baked bread lingering in the air.
Momo Cafe at Courtyard by Marriott opened up its kitchens to teach a bunch of food bloggers the basics of the art of baking. The session led by Chef Rahul and Chef Pavan taught us the first principles of running a bakery, everything from kneading bread, whisking away to create the most mouthwatering desserts and also learning an epic ‘pick up’ dessert, any guesses?
