With a mix of diverse flavors, borrowed from India, Portugal, Arabia and various Asian countries, Goan cuisine is really a treat to the senses, with something for everyone.
From the famous King’s beer, to authentic curries flavored with fenny, to mouthwatering seafood delicacies like fresh prawn and fish curry, they do have it all.
Oh and don’t miss their traditional sweets like Bebinca, Dodol, Guava Cheese and the most decadent Goan pancake filled with coconut and jaggery.
The highlights on the buffet was the special Ros omelette Pav, Chorej Pav, Goan Prawn curry, Chicken Xacutti, Red Pumpkin Bhajji and much more, you’ll be surprised at the diversity of Goan cuisine.
The special menu has been curated by chef Bernadita from a quaint little village in Goa called Verna. Chef Berna has really worked her magic in bringing the true taste of Goa to Bangalore. A host of different dishes with prominent Goa flavours await you at the JW Marriott, Bangalore
